Terms and Conditions of Payment  

J.H. SIMEX Tour and Travel shall accept agency or individual requests to provide travel services in connection with tour and safari, Air ticket, car hire etc... In good faith.

After confirmation of Tours and booking, companies shall make payments accordingly, as J.H.SIMEX also enters into a contract on their behalf with hotels and other services rendering agencies in connection with the tour programs Fifty percent(50%) four weeks prior to the commencement of the tour.

Full and final payment must be effected 15 days prior to the commencement of the tour.

If complete payment has not been made at the commencing of any tour,

J.H. SIMEX is not obliged to conduct the tour unless other arrangements have been made beforehand.
