HIGHLIGHTS

Day 01: Arrive Addis, Transfer to Hotel. O/N Intercontinental Addis

Day 02: Drive to Debre libanos (103 Kms) to the North of Addis, visit Debre Libanos monastery of sociable Gelada Baboons peer curiously at you while birds of prey soar over head, drive back to Addis.

Day 03: Early morning drive to Lake Zway shelter a variety of water birds. After spending a couple of hours around the lake, Continue driving to Lake Langano to spot colorful birds. O/N Langano

Day 04: In the morning Lake Abaya and Shalla, where you spot water birds continue such as White Pelicans, flocks of Ducks,Waders and Flamingos, continue driving to Awassa for some enjoyable bird spoting.

Day 05: Visit the fish market, where you will spot various birds. Continue driving to Wendo Genet here you will view of edemic birds and an opportunity to bathe in the Natural hot springs and hot swimming pool. O/N Wendo Genet

Day 06: Drive to Bale Mountain passing through farm lands of Southern Ethiopia. Stop at different place to see Endemic birds. O/N in Dinsho Lodge

Day 07: visit the Bale mountain National Park, home of most of Ethiopian endemic birds and Endemic animals. It is here you will satisfy your need to see endemic plants, mammals and 14 endemic birds. O/N in Dinsho Lodge

Day 08: Drive to the Afro-Alphine setting of Sanaetti platue, home t othe Endemic Simien Fox and the beautiful spot breaste plovers. O/N Dinsho lodge

Day 09: After breakfast drive through Arsi to SOdere, you have an opportunity to bathe in the Natural hot spring and International standard hot swimming pool. O/N Sodere

Day 10: Drive back to Addis. In the afternoon your leisure time. O/N Intercontinental Addis

Day 11: Morning drive to Lake Gefersa the Menagesha Forest. Menagesha Forest is an area of ancient forest located about 1 hours from Addis. On the steep slopes of Mount Wunchecha. It is home to many indiginious trees (400 years old giant Juniper and Podocarpus), Endemic birds (Abysinia cat bird, Banded barbet, Golden backed wood pecker, Black headed forest Oriole and Wattled Ibis) and Endemic animals(Menelik Bushbuck and Colbus Monkey). Drive back to Addis and transfer to Bole International Airport for final departure. With magnificent photos and special memories.
